Shipping Policy
When will I receive my order?
For dog treats and dog cakes, it can take up to 7 days to process an order + the shipping time.
For merch, processing time differs per product and is shown during checkout. Typically can take 3-7 days + the shipping time.
The shipping time depends on your location and shipping method selected during checkout. We typically ship via USPS Priority Mail which can take 1-3 business days, per the USPS website.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.
Return Policy
What’s your return policy?
We do not offer return or exchange due to the nature of our products but if there is an issue with your order then please let us know and we will try to resolve it the best we can.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive wrong or damaged items, excluding shipment damage. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll try our best to sort that out for you. For items damaged during shipment, it will be handled on a case by case basis, based on shipping carrier’s policies (we use USPS as our shipping carrier).
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please check out our sizing charts listed under each listing.
